Mag
running at 1,000

in the last week I have done 1 small 5 gal water change and 2 large 15 gal water change
what else can I do???
I have been adding liquid calcium and Mag. but they are not doing any good

What brand test kits are you using? Those are all pretty big swings. I doubt the pH is right. It's virtually impossible to get a reading that high.
