I have actually tried to add a photo for the comp but is wont let me ?? I am not sure why, how do I find out how to enter ? thanks for the comments by the way.

I just tried again to enter and is came up that I had insufficient privileges to enter ? what does that mean and what can I do about it ? Is it because I am in Australia ?

No, it doesn't matter where you are from. Just go to the forum called "Photography" at the top you will see a "golden cup trophy" next to the thread "February POTM - Corals" and just upload your picture using "Upload file". You just need to post your picture to be on the contest.;)
