It's either aiptasia or a curly q anemone. Either way I'd zap it. :)

What is the best route forwards? Injecting? Or could I just bung up his crevice with something? Put new coral in about a week ago so imagine its an extra passenger

aiptaisa x or aiptasia control both work very well...You just cover them with the little included syringe and watch them melt...
