Hello, I need help identifying this, is it aiptasia or a feather duster or something else?

This is in a long tube, from what I can see of it 1 1/2 to 2 inch, retracts when I move the light, touch the water or tap the tank. It has “ feathery arms, not smooth.

Looks like a duster. Not sure.

Not an aiptasia - they have no solid tube or hard body
