hello everyone!! what are your expert opinions on having 2 anemones in the same tank? we did a lot of research online and it seemed about 50/50, we have a pink condy which has been doing great, growing and getting his nice color back. And now we got a green bubble tip which will hopefully be the new home for our clowns. The guy at the lfs assured us they would be ok but we all know that story, anyways, any opinions?

In a 30 gal tank i would be worried about them, especially because condys arent really a social nem.

Well I am no expert but I do have 2 condys in my 27g right now. I just got them this past weekend but so far they have parked in opposite ends of the reef and seem happy as can be. I do worry about the day one or the other decides to roam but I will just take it one day at a time.

My hope is that if I keep them fed and supplied with good lighting they should not have a desire to do much roaming but who knows its nature it does what it wants.

keeping two of the same species isn't an issue. It's when you have two different kinds.
