Are these copepods

I have these guys all over my rocks and the live sand... I was wondering if these are in fact copepods or I have some kind of infestation of bugs...

I couldnt get a good picture so I had to make a video, look for the little white moving thing in the middle of the screen... I also have these in white or light/lime green

i would say yes, you probably have both copepods and amphipod. both are good members of your CUC. i have both too! :D its a sign of a well-matured tank.
