Baby Snails?

I'm down here at the office feeding the sun coral (it came out tonight and I have only had it 24 hours! Exciting!) and I noticed a baby snail about 1cm eating some algae on my glass...I didn't bring my camera for a pic, but I have never heard of snails making babies in the aquarium

They do! Usually they get eaten by fish or corals as eggs or larva though. Rarely do they survive.

More likely is that it was a hitch hiker on your live rock, and you just haven't seen it until now. All sorts of snails hitch hike in that way.
