blue/green chromis

I have a blue /green chromis fish for a couple of days now and I put the power head and heated in today and went of for a few hours . When I came home I seen my fish has multiple black spot on its body . Can someone please help me understand why this happen ? :( :bowdown:

Did you cycle your tank before adding your fish?

Can you post a picture? Chromis' scales will sometimes change colors depending on stress or time of day.

A picture would help. There are several people (myself included) who have had chromis that developed a larger black spot before dying. But a lot of smaller black spots could be something else.
