brain coral not puffing up

Ok I got this coral and I have not seen it puff up..I know its not a open brain...but u can see the skeleton .i do feed my coral every night .tonight I'm start spot feeding to see it help out.i try low flow ,high flow ,high on tank ,mid,low and nothing.plz help

It might not open up. Some brains don't ever open up or extend their feeding tentacles. When they do, it's usually after the lights go out. That doesn't mean it's unhealthy -- they are just not as "exciting" as some other corals. :)

Ok I just got home and my brain coral looks a little puff up..
