my alkalinity is 12 and my calcium is low between 260-280 i recently bought E.S.V 2 part bionic calcium buffer. i have a 90g tank with a few damsels, 10 snails, a hermit crab and a condy anemone. do i need to add the first part (alkalinity) or can i just use the second part to increase calcium? how much should i use?

Have you tested new saltwater? If so, what are the numbers there? What kind of salt is it?

I would use a better salt for corals.
If you don't have corals don't worry about calcium.. except maybe to help coralline growth.

+1 salty and ulta...your calcium is super low, because your alk is high. No need to be dosing anything, just good 'ole water changes should take care of balancing the levels.
