Changing the time lights go on/off

So I'm wanting to change the time that the lights come on and off on my tanks. Right now they are coming on at 7 and 8am, and going off at 4 and 5pm. I'm wanting to get it to where they are coming on around:

Blues:12am Whites :12am
Whites off: 8pm Blues off: 9pm


I'm changing it by an hour a day, and feeding them 30-60min later than I usually do as well.
So by friday morning..They will be changed to that time


Is this too fast? It's the easiest way I could think of. Will it stress the fish or corals in any way?

Nope it won't stress them. :) It will be fine. You could even do it in one day.

Yep...they should be perfectly fine. Just think of it as daylight savings time. :)

12:00am to 8:00pm is 20 hours of light.
Do you really need that kind of photoperiod for your tank?
