Clean Up Crew

I am thinking of ordering a clean up crew and came across some custom built ideas.

One told me that I need to get

[FONT='PrimaSans BT,Verdana,sans-serif']20 Dwarf ceriths - (I know it sounds like a lot, but they are small)
5 Nassarius Vibex
5 Florida ceriths

for my 12g. How does this sound? I already have 4 hermits and 2 snails.

Is all of this needed for 2 fish?

I'd say cut what you posted by 3/4 and see if they can keep up.

I agree, that's probably too many. A generous rule of thumb is one cleaner per gallon. You should probably start with 1/2 of that amount, and work your way up if you see that the ones you have can't keep up with the work.
