Coaxing out hitchhikers?

I just noticed for the first time today some sort of worm (really looks like a grey fuzzy caterpillar) crawling around my tank for a moment before hiding back into a rock.
That rock also possibly has an Aiptasia and some sort of feather duster of some sort. I'll put up pics sometime tonight I hope.

Is there anyway I can coax the worm out of the rock and capture it/take a picture?

sounds like a bristleworm they are good cleaners

You could always put a little food out in front of the rock. As Knuckle has said it sounds like a bristleworm. They are great for cleaning up a tank.

If it's a bristleworm, there's no need to worry about it. He'll help keep your sand and rocks clean.
