Diatom killing coral?

A few days after I put my coral in(a Zoa frag, 3 small green shrooms, some GSP) I started getting a diatom bloom. not just a little but ALOT. it has grown on the mat of the GSP and they have not come out for a few days. My zoas have never fully opened since the day I got them. and just today my shrooms started closing, and that couldn't be good.

Are they going to die or will they survive the bloom? What should I do?

and also it's a 10 gallon tank

You sure they are diatoms and not cyanobacteria (red slime algae)?

My cyano went away, and it is brown

Diatoms are usually dusty looking. If you took your hand and swooshed it around the area, the diatoms will get blown away.

What are your water parameters? That is probably what is causing your shrooms and zoas to look bad.
