True little_fish. I know John at reefcleaners started to sell pods. Looks pretty promising.

He sells them periodically, it's not something that's always available though. As far as buying the pods to feed them, it is possible but you're going to be constantly buying them, as small as mandarins are, they're constantly picking at the rocks for pods.

Ya, you can. But each one of those bottled pods costs around $20, and to feed a mandarine i would estimate you would need at minimum, two bottles a week. That adds up fast.
