Reefing newb
I was splitting apart a zoa I have that was growing a sponge on it. When I broke a piece of it off, I found this guy crawling out of it. On the left appears to be the head and you'll see a small part of it on the right side, the other end of it. It appears to be inside a hole in it. It looks to come out if it's skin and appeared blackish. If I touch either end, it skittered back in but didn't go all the way in the hole. I threw it out but still wonder what it was.
