getting new bulbs ?

i have the current nova extreme pro 48 inch 6x54w with ind reflecters on a 90g tank i want to get better bulbs i dont know much about bulbs what combo is the best i have a wide variety of colors and corals so what bulb combo would give the best color and growth ? do i need i bulb with higher par for better growth ? i like the slight blue tint that you get from the actinic and whats good brands ? thanks for all the help

You could make the color slightly bluer by moving the Actinic White and GE lamps back one slot so 2 blues are in front. For a more blue look replace the GE lamp with an Aquablue, less blue replace a blue with an Aquablue.

No, HO or VHO depends on the ballast involved. Also, VHO if I recall correctly tend to be t12's and a 4 foot 54 watt bulb is a t5HO bulb. T12 and t5 are physically different sizes so they wouldnt fit even if the ballast could run it.
