Reefing newb
So my 40 gallon is almost done today i bought my return pump and did all the plumbing... Kinda looks like this.....
Anyways i have not tested the entire sump just the return chamber as i still need a overflow box.. Right now i am using a old intake tube from an old HOB that i had laying around. Works great BUT i still dont trust it, i think im going to drill a hole in the tube a lil below the water line so it would only flood a little then then the suction will cut out. I did something that i think is pretty cool i couldnt imagine it could effect anything but the movement of the water but my return come back to the tank out of 2 exits! lol well it made me excited cuz it looks legit but what do i know i cant get my phone to send pictures but ill keep trying!
