If you're looking for new T5 bulbs, I wouldn't use any other then ATI. theyre a little more expensive but with bulbs you get what you pay for.
You can talk to the guys over at ReefGeek > Aquarium Supplies for Marine, Reef, and Saltwater Aquariums for recommendations on which bulbs and what colors to get depending on the look you want your tank to have.

Don't mean to steal the thread, but how are aquaticlife bulbs? I got a fixture on ebay and that's what they came with.
