green star polyps

OK so I have a drag of green star polyps that has nicely attached itself to one of my rocks... it has an "arm" that I can't seem to train down onto the rock. what are the possibilities of cutting this piece off and attaching it to a nearby rock? if it is possible how would I do it?

Cut it off with a razor blade and super glue it to a coral plug.

+1 dcan...either cut it off with a razor or just rip it with your hand and glue it onto either some rock rubble or a frag plug
