Hair like worms

When there is food in the tank a plethora of small hair-thin worms come out of the sand and they might actually be thinner than a strand of hair. They cluster together too. They are a light tan color with a few black horizontal bands. Seen'em?

they are spaghetti worms.

I have them too Sen. They usually come out at the base of the rock for a piece of food.
