It is true. After being 1 for 4 urchins from them, and all of them bought within a day or two of them receiving the urchins, I don't think I'm going to be buying inverts from them again. Corals and fish, I've had no problems with from that store. All the corals I've bought from them do fine, and the fish don't sell as quickly as their inverts, so I've usually been able to pick up fish after they've been in the store for a while.
