Have any of you seasoned vets heard of Sponge Stick?

Thats a cool looking coral.
But I'm betting thats gonna be a hard coral to keep.From what I've found on em,they need a lot of food,so will have to be fed on a daily basis.

I think I will try to contact the owner of the wholesale shop where I got it to see if he can verify the exact specimen and distributor/origin of it to get more information.I have also done a great deal of searching to find similar species and came across this...

I have found other articles claiming different ranges but can't confirm any of it. Anyway, it is a very interesting piece that is quite attractive. They had two of them for sale and my friend bought the other but he has a 300 Gallon tank. It will be fun to watch how they both develop.

That's an amazing coral. I had no idea anything like that was out there, much less available to hobbyists.
