I love the 4wd... but I gotta learn how to unlock the hubs manually... I don't have a nifty little button in the cab :(

Well Im glad you don't have a penis...cause thats a different forum. I had a 95 7.3 before my 04. I gave it to a friend and its still running strong with no problems unlike my 6.0.

Eight recalls and my cam timing sensor just went out at 104k miles. Im thinking the new 2011 is looking good:mrgreen:

My husband and I looked at many dealerships for a couple months and they all told us to avoid the 6.0L and the V10s. The V10s wasted too much gas for what they were made for and the 6.0s were just POS's. We also looked at HD Chevys...but we've heard problems about them, too... and the new Cummin's.

The 2011's are supposed to be pretty awesome. The guy we bought our truck from actually used the money we gave him for our truck to get a 2011. My husband hates new vehicles though because of all the computers and crap on them. He hates the Ford sometimes because of the computer in it... I dunno... I just like mt Tuner. :D

We've thrown around the idea of turning the truck into a pulling truck--to do the truck pulls and stuff that tour Michigan and Ohio... but we'd have to get a different rear end for it. My husband's pretty knowledgable about vehicles and parts...(why he doesn't open his own garage is beyond me...but I guess he's got it made working at his family's Cable Company). Just like he won't let me run it on the Sand Dunes up north or mud bog it... it's got too many expensive parts in it. I'm just a girl tho. What do I know? LOL

Thanks, It has taken me to some sweet fishing spots! And really im not a redneck. Im more of a tree hugger and a vegetarian. I think its funny that I drive big truck. My g/f wont even drive it. Oh its got the full Banks system on it as well. It sounds like a jet taking off when the trubo winds up.

That's awesome! I don't like driving my husbands truck because I can't see over the hood. He bought me a cushion for my truck...so I can see over the hood. It's pink :D Hahah

The last one is from the night we brought it home... the guy we got it from had a single 10" stack in the back... it was kind of dumb, so we took it out and got the dual 5" stacks. The whole truck is kind of a work in progess. It needs a new paint job, so I'm getting a pearl white done on it... it might have a SMALL tint of pink in it...I'm not sure yet. Also, the front seat will be turned into bucket seats instead of bench seats, so when we have kids, it won't be difficult to turn around and smack em. LOL! Jk The front bumper will be sandblasted in the next few weeks and painted black. And my husband is fabricating a back bumper that will hang down lower, so we don't get ticketed for being too tall. (Michigan has really dumb lift laws)...

My husbands truck after our Quad ran out of gas... LOL. He never really does this...

And this is my husbands truck all dressed up and ready to go to a Car & Truck show... which we didn't place, but we got something for loudest exhaust with open headers... LOL and a lotta little kids oohing and ahhing. And yes, my husband is only in socks, I need to kick his ass..

Sweet ! are those Toyo's on the ford? I had a set they didnt last long but they were great for mud and snow !
Went snowboarding last Dec. it was -7 (tons of snow) thats cold for around here. Looking forward to this season

Yeah, those are Toyo's on the Ford. So far, they've been pretty good... they're really quiet.

My husband has red truck nuts on his truck. I don't think I want any for mine... but my trucks name is Dick. LOL
