I have a 75 gallon salt water reef tank. Just recently set it back up after hurricanes katrina and rita caused me to lose power long enough to lose all my fish. Looking forward to getting back in it.
Have a skimmer and sump system, but no access to ro/di water. I use chemicals to neutralize the ammonia, nitrates, etc, but have an anenome that is shrinking and some feather dusters that are shrinking. what am i doing wrong

Welcome to the site.

You're tank is probably not mature enough to keep an anemone yet. You also need strong lighting. Please post what your water parameters are and people here can help steer you in the right direction.
