Help with algae

I have been running my nova extreme t5 lights for about 3 days now and now parts of my tank is getting covered with brown algae, especially my pump for protein skimmer and heaters... What can I do to fix this problem??

Sounds like diatoms, they're very common in new tanks. They feed off of silicates in your water. Once they use up all of the silicates they'll slowly die off.

My tank is about 6 weeks old... Has had CUC and 2 clowns for about 2 weeks now...

Diatoms are normal for a new tank. It seems it's a phase every newly established tank goes through in the first couple months. Don't worry, they are not hurting anything. They are just ugly. And they will go away as your tank matures. In the meantime, make sure you have some nassarius snails to keep the sand stirred.
