I did a stupid thing

After substantial drinking last night at about 1:30am I decided to turn the flow off and give the corals a night time feeding as their tentacles were all out. Yes, I left the flow off. With slight headache I turned the flow back on at 10am this morning. Temp dropped from 79 to 74. Corals look okay and all but one fish look good. The firefish is hiding perhaps. I need to to add to my article on tank disasters "do not drink and reef".

Your tank should be fine. I lost power for about 12-16 hours earlier this summer. Everything was fine.

I do all my reefing after drinking, I guess I've been lucky (knock on wood) :P

I did have a question: how slow should I bring the temp up?

About a week and a half ago I decided to do a water change after I had been drinking quite a bit and ended up dropping 8 gallons of fresh salt water on my kitchen floor. But I did I learn a good lesson, it takes many many towels to absorb 8 gallons.
