I have a 90g w/ 2damsels, 2percula clown and a yellow tang

Yeah I was gonna say if that flame scallop lasts more than 6 weeks let us all know, it's probably some kind of record, those things need a buttload of live phytoplankton to survive

when its just a shell with no flesh left after the shrimps and crabs clean it out, thats how I knew mine was dead lol

Yeah flame scallops are challenging, even for experts. That's an animal I do not recommend to anyone.

You may be adding too fast. One fish every 3 weeks (like Ryan said) is good. Fish do not count as a cleaner crew, but they do add to the bioload, so even if it's an algae eating fish, you still need to wait ample time before adding a new one.

Snails and stuff don't count towards your bioload, so you can go ahead and add those as you need them.

Yea, i am holding off on the puffer and the trigger for another month or so just so the bioload isn't sent to dangerous levels. Thanks for all of your help. means a lot.
