I think it's a bristleworm?

Just want to get confirmation on this, my first bristleworm sighting. Sorry I know this is probably very common but there are so many types of worms and different opinions on being good or bad. Please let me know if I should try to take it out if I see it again. Thanks.

Oh great, thanks! Hope I don't see it again though, kind of ugly :shock:
I also have this hitchhiker (not my pic but I think its the one, but smaller). I read they are good too.
