Small, less than the size of a dime, white and black stripped snail, about as thin as 2 pennies. Was on my coral but I removed him. He is now on the bottom of the tank.

What is he and is he okay for my corals?

If I could, I would. No camara at this moment. My iPhone got, well, run over and I don't have a digital unit.

As I said, it's small, circular, black and white stripped and was on my Zoas. Looks,pretty but I don't want something eating my corals.

Sounds like a sundial snail to me, which do eat zoas. I would pull him out and keep an eye out for more.

Yep. definately a sundial. Thanks for the link to identify it. I didn't waht to kill it so I just knocked it down to the bottom of the tank. Now I can't find him! Guess I'll have to keep a sharp eye out for a few days.

What should I do with it? I hate to just kill it and snails don't seem to survive in my sump.

send them to Dana to feed to his mantis shrimp
