Your PH will fluctuate throughout the day due to CO2 levels. However your PH looks low even for the normal flux. What type of test are you using? The strips are no good for saltwater. What type of water are you using? Tap, RO, RODI? Also what type of substrate are you using. Aragonite sand is a natural buffer for PH.
I would stay away from liquid buffers, they tend to be a short term fix. However when I first setup my tank the PH was 6.8 and would not raise without the buffer. I was using well water that is chemically treated to lower the PH, thus my issue.

Get a new test kit. That is definitely wrong. It's virtually impossible for your pH to be that low in a saltwater system.
