irritated eye on my coral beauty

ok so ever since i had to break down my tank to take out the maroon clown my coral beauty had an ick outbreak after a few days it was very noticeable , it fought it off for the most part but now because of the scratching i think it irritated its eye

its eating without problem, even racing to the food lol , should i give it some vitamins to help out its immune system or leave it alone?

for the most part even with ich i just leave em alone, but ive never had a fish with such irritation , the last thing i want is for the eye to get infected, or worse popeye *shrugs*

Vitamins or garlic x? help ;_;
