:D i have a 20 gallon reef tank with a 15watt power glo light, a 15 watt sun glo light, and two 30 watt fluorex 6.5k lights that produce about 4700 lumens each is that enough light to grow or even support soft corrals?

Read helpful articles. there are several articles on lighting there that should help you. bottom line to your question is yes should support some soft corals.
