Lighting Opinion Please

I'm looking for lighting for my 55g show tank. I would like to start out with some of the eaiser coral and work my way up. Are these lights only good enough to start out with or are they good enough to be a permanent fixture?

2x250 MH 2x96PC 6 Lunar Lights 48" Fixture
Selling Coralife 2x250 Metal Halide 2x98 PC 6 Lunar Lights 48" Light Fixture with 3 MH spares. Works perfectly the only problem is the glass that covers one of the metal halides broke. The bulbs I currently have in it are less than 6 months old. I have 3 spares that I will also include all are 14k spectrum.

Looking forward to your hearing what you think.

I would venture to say that may be too much light for your tank...
But I'd wait to see what some of the more seasoned people think.

+1 Erin...that much light would be overkill, and would definitely heat your water too high. Look into a 4bulb (independent reflectors) T-5 system.
