Reefing newb
I have a small tank set up with a couple corals and few other things in it but my light on my tanking is going out i dont have a whole lot of money to just run out and spend on a new bulb at this time so my question is will the Aqua Rays: Aquarium Lighting 15 Watts Fresh & Saltwater, 1 Ct work for my tank it says on the specs that it can suport coral growth and this would be a just for a temp. fix so that they get and ok amount of light to due them till i can get a better light. The specs of the bulb is as fallows Lumens: 675, Watts: 15, Life: 7500, CRI/IRC: 67, Kelvin: 9325

Should be okay. Like you said, temp is the key. However, if you have any lps, itll be pushing the low side and it wont come close for sps.

Is it a t5 fixture?

Anything will be fine, those are f'n weeds. For most softies, light is light, but you want to be in that 10,000K range. Thats been my experience.
