The LED fixtures that I've seen over tanks,I wouldnt give a plug nickle for a dozen of em.Sure there expensive.But the once I seen,looked like you had an LED flashlight spot light beam shining down through the water.
On your T-5 bulbs,I'm guessing there over your 75,which would be a 48" light.That would make your bulbs 54 watt HOs.
