Would there be huge difference between what corals i can keep in a Nova Extreme SLR T-5 Fixture vs. a Coralife Aqualight deluxe series?

yes, the coralife light is a PC fixture i believe and t-5's are much much stronger then PC lights. although i would say if your getting t-5's get a the bare minimum the nova extreme pro fixture so that you can keep anything you want in your tank

I currently have the Coralife Aqualight.Since I am new to this hobby i was just going to start off with leathers like toadstools, yellow fiji leather, kenya tree(yes that weed), I also like ricordeas an the polyp corals. Would my lighting be good enough for these?

Yes, your lighting is OK for those corals.
