Hey guys, First post here :bounce:

I'll be posting pictures of my 55g Tank daily, hope you enjoy them :)

Currently at the 8th day.

When did you set up your tank?

this tanks has been set up since about 6 months but 8 days ago i kind of transformed everything, changed all the rocks, rearanged the sand, bought a Protein Skimmer, Carbon, etc. Since that moment im counting day 1 and etc...

I'm not trying to be a jerk, but you've gotta do your research first...All of those fish that you have in that tank aren't compatible with the size tank you have.

The Tangs should have at least 100g
The Boxfish although cute and small right now grows at a very fast pace and grows to 18" that's half the size of your tank.
The Lyretail wrasse needs 125g and is not reef safe.

As a general rule of thumb, you can usually have 1 fish for every 10g of water..

the wrasse is at the LFS :)
the puffer is sold
and those tangs are there temporarely.

the tank has been set up with coast water cycled for like 6 months.

You should serious consider getting fish more suitable to a 55g,. tank.There are plenty out there.

will get some nemo's I think tomorrow :)
maybe I stay with 2 nemo's, a royal gramma, firefish's and so...

bought the 2 nemo's. Dory's currently in QT threated with MELAFIX. After 1 week of use (by instructions) i will leave her 1 more week in QT so im sure the Ich is dead. After that I add her to DT. The last fishes I'll add are the firefish's. Need to find them in a LFS :)

Melafix won't cure ich... Copper and hyposalinity are the only proven treatments for ich.
