I've ate grouper that was raised in the LFS so trying Lionfish wouldnt be much different.:D

From what I've read and heard.Lionfish make AWESOME table fare.

I ate dog when I lived in South Korea, it's a delicacy there ... so bring on the lionfish! :mrgreen:
