This nastly looking thing came out about 1 day after putting in my Fiji live rock from liveaguria.com Just love to know if I should yank her out while I can see her Thanks!

Bristle worm, Sea slug, nudi branch? Just listing things off.
Did you try the Wetwebmedia guys, they are pretty good at ID's.
Also, try get a decent pic, very hard to tell from that.
