Has anyone got Feeder Shrimp (live food) or just any other live foods from one of the on line vendors like http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/prod_display.cfm?c=2190+3064&pcatid=3064
& added them to the refugium / tank or to both, what has been you experience.

I did once, it wasn't worth it at all. Plus those feeder shrimp don't really reproduce in our tanks, its better to stick with the 'pods
