Lobophora?

Reefing newb
I've had this stuff on my rocks, really since I set up my tank. It grows very slowly, but has spread to a couple rocks and there are one or two large patches of it.

Is it Lobophora? It is brown and rubbery.

Any removal advice? Reefcleaners says an emerald crab is the best bet, but those crabs make me nervous.

If you are refering to the red/brown stuff seen on three of the rocks there is a good possibility it is Lobophora. There are mixed reviews on how to best deal with this algae. I would suggest to remove the rock and scrape as much off as possible. Then make sure that the flow to this area is good. Don't let food/waste settle here.
Also, if there is no coral on these rocks you can remove them, and scrub them, and bake them. Will take a lot longer but it should solve the problem for good.
Hope this helps.

yea, the brownish stuff, my chiton nibbles at the edges, but does not really help stop it from spreading. Ill have to try removing the rocks over time and scraping it off. (probably need a jackhammer)

Problem is, there are small patches of it on half my rocks.
