well when i touched it the tentacles just moved from pointing outside to pointing towards the center...it closed up like a zoa would..is this what you guys mean when you say it will shrink?

That's a ball anemone. Those are really common and nothing to worry about.

how big do these guys get?

I've only seen them about the size of a half dollar at their largest. Usually around the size of a dime or nickel.

Not big. They stay small. They maybe get the size of a quarter at the largest.

lol..its still kind of wierd because I googled ball anemone and i dont see a pic that looks like this

I just googled ball anemone and the first page is full of tons of pics like yours. They come in all sorts of colors, and have a solid-colored body, clear tentacles and solid-colored balls at the end.
