Due to some major life changes I have not had my tank setup in over two years. All i basically have left is a 55gl tank and about 75 lbs of rock which is dry now and my lights which i cant remember exactly what they are but it is a six bulb set up with t5 lights. I am looking to setup again in the next few weeks and am just out of the loop with the whole process. I would like to build a tank with a sump and start out with a fowlr tank and possibly add a few corals later on. I am looking for and open to any and all suggestions to help make this a smooth process. I am just happy to be back in the aquarium family and remembered that this page had by far the most informative and helpful friends.

Welcome back. I'd start with an equipment list and plan. Look for and ask for advice as this hobby is ever evolving.
