millipede ?

I saw something that looked like a millipede coming out of a hole in my rocks. Good or Bad?
It looked like when I put a food cube and everything was floating around that's when it popped out

It's a bristle worm..It's fine, it's a hitchiker in your rocks, they're considered part of your clean up crew.

Welcome to the forum rskenny. Those Bristle worms are a very good thing. You probably have dozens of them in your tank that came in with your live rock. Just don't touch them; they can give you a powerful sting! Ouch!

Thanks for the sting advice the second one I saw was when I moved a piece of live rock, Thinking to my self should I just pick it up or use a net. I went for the net.
