My Anemone looks like it sneezed

I just got up to do something and checked on my tank and I saw this stringy looking waving around it like it sneezed. I know the other day I gave it to big of a piece of shrimp and it spit it out like a hour our later but I have never seen this.

Anyone seen this before or know what it means.
