Nem is shrivled

Hey all, So my RBTA looks kinda shriveled up today. It still has awesome color but it just isn't as full as normal. Is this normal? Do nems shrivel up and then fill out regularly? I know most corals kinda do that so I figure it is normal but I want to make sure. Any advice? Let me know if you need pics.

btw, trates=0, ph=8.2

Its normal for them to deflate and inflate once in a while. It's their way of flushing out their system.

Yes, that's normal as long as they don't stay deflated all the time.
