New Additions

Went to the LFS today and got some new additions.

First, an emerald crab to take care of some bubble algae that sprung up

Next a nice open brain. There was another one there that was three times the size of this one for the same price, but the color wasnt as bright.

Take a good look at that crab cause you probably wont get to see him too much. I see mine maybe once a month if I'm lucky

Didnt get him for the looks, but he has been hanging out on one rock just cleaning it off.

Just noticed that the open brain has two mouths on it. Do they normally have multiple mouths or is it in the process of splitting? I know the process could take a long time.

i dont know really anything about brains, but dont most corals (that split of course) when they begin to split make real tight folds like that across from each other?
