New and improved 10 gallon

My weekend project consisted of re-doing my 10 gallon. I got a new Marineland filter, new heater, added aragonite, and painted the backround blue. I was happy with the outcome. The only things I plan on keeping in this tank are mushrooms, zoas, a goby, and a sexy shrimp. I will be adding more live rock soon. Here are a few before and afters.

Actually I broke the big rock into three smaller peices. It worked great.

I've done that before with my bigger chunks of rock, taken a hammer and chisel to them so that they fit better. If I were you, I'd still probably get a few more pieces of rock. But I think it looks very good! Way to go!

Yep, I definatly will be adding more live rock. And I don't have the Goby or Sexy shrimp yet.... Baby steps, baby steps.. That is my motto when it comes to saltwater.

Sexy shrimps are great when you get three or more.They hang around together and really adds nothing to the bio-load.
