More good news, my skimmer came in. I got the 125g one. I'm gonna pick it up this Friday. I just hope it fits on the back of my tank, its freakin huge

I dont think its a peppermint shrimp. Its got huge red eyes

And Ive never seen a tan peppermint shrimp though I could be wrong.

They can be different colors depending on what they eat. My LFS has pink, red, tan and even white.

Update on the skimmer-

Im returning it. They want to charge me $300 for it, when I can get it online for under $200. I also think Im gonna get a smaller one, Ill have to take some measurments, but I dont think I have enough space for the 125 anyways.

Ok how about one word---- e-bay-- i got a 150 gallon a day 5 stage ro/di for 100 bucks and a 4 96w retro kit for 40 i do some more shopping, im also a diy person i like it when you can say i made that hood,stand,sump,skimmer!

WOW thats quit a jump up in price. Will they take it back? If you want a css I would get it off bigalsonline I havnt heard a bad thing baou them yet. Also drsfosterandsmith.com has them for a little bit more and I have heard several good thing about them to.
